运作管理实习生计划

2012 年起,我们展开了自己的实习生计划,我们重点希望培养未来的经理级人才及领袖,切合并协助业务发展需要。为期两年的计划为实习生提供业务上所有主要范围的学习机会,包括客户服务、后勤部门、运作中心,以及其他支持职能。主要希望能为实习生提供具体、充实及深入的培训,例如技术上的技巧、与人相处的技巧及处理工作计划的经验。除了实务上的培训,我们亦设有导师计划 (Mentorship Programme),确保实习生在事业发展上能获得更多指导。完成计划后,实习生一般会晋升至主管级职位,负责基本管理职务。

职位名称:

  • Customer Service Representative
    Job Duties:
    • Perform customer services duties such as meet and greet guests, visitors, passengers and crew, handle VIP flights, and ensure all services are handled professionally and comply with handling guidelines and regulatory requirements

    • Perform daily administrative duties such as handling counter service, answering phone call, handling emails, filing and updating documents

    • Liaise closely and coordinate with aircraft operators and agents, service providers and airport’s Control Authorities on flight operation and services requirement

    • Coordinate with other departments on daily operations

    • Monitor & answer the Air-To-Ground radio call from inbound/outbound flights

    • Prearrange, issue and ensure the accuracy of all invoices

    • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior

     

    Requirements:
    • Degree holder with at least 1 year’ relevant experience or Diploma holder with at least 3 years’ relevant experience

    • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skill and serving attitude

    • Initiative, detail-oriented and good team player

    • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese

    • Holder of Driving License 1, 2 is an advantage

    • Shift duty is required

  • Executive Assistant
    Job Duties:
    • Act as Corporate Secretary, duties including but not limited to, scheduling Board meetings, handling logistics of Board meetings, sending materials for review prior to the meetings, taking and distributing notes and fielding general queries from Board members, and attending Board meetings

    • Provide full spectrum of administrative support and schedule organization for senior executive

    • Undertake to monitor, organize and arrange the schedule for senior executive

    • Consolidate and orchestrate all relevant reporting in timely and effective manner

    • Compile the presentation materials and documents by consolidating the inputs from the various stakeholders and analyzing the information searches

    • Maintain an effective documentation system and confidential information

    • Liaise with airport entities, vendors, tenants, clients and attend meetings when necessary

    • Assist to organize company events and activities

    • Conduct market research/financial feasibility studies and analysis to evaluate the profitability of the business projects/cases

    • Perform other ad hoc or miscellaneous duties assigned

     

    Requirements:
    • Degree holder in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience serving senior executive

    • Impeccable to details with highest level of integrity and be able to keep confidential information in professional manner

    • Collaborative and proactive in character with mature and terrific interpersonal communication skill

    • Proficient in managing multi-tasks and prioritizing resources

    • Result oriented with strong business acumen and market awareness

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua

    • Occasional travel is required

  • Supervisor
    Job Duties:
    • Supervise daily operation activities and act as Duty-in-charge in the shift

    • Handle all relevant communications (including emails) among airport authority, fuel companies, tenants, vendors, customers regarding service required

    • Liaise and coordinate with operations departments on daily operational arrangement

    • Ensure billing and invoicing is correct and timely for our customers

    • Responsible for preparing periodic reports and records in a timely manner

    • Provide ramp services and support frontline operations staff as required

    • Assist review and update department’s training material, internal handling procedure and provide relevant training and coaching to team members

    • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

     

    Requirements:
    • Degree Holder in Aviation, Business Administration or related disciplines at least 4 years’ relevant experience

    • Airport operation experience preferred but not essential

    • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and well-organized

    • Ability to prioritize work orders with strong communication skill

    • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese

    • Possess valid HK driving license is an advantage

    • Shift duty is required

  • Coordinator
    Job Duties:
    • Provide all-round operational support in daily operations

    • Assist in coordinate with MRO companies, flight operators/ tenants as well as handle crew services’ requests

    • Perform administration duties such as handling of emails/ phone calls, billing and invoicing, data input, filing and checklists etc

    • Handle MOS related duties and generation of monthly reports

    • Provide ramp services and support frontline operations staff as required

    • Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned by Superior

     

    Requirements:
    • Higher Diploma in aviation, business administration or relevant disciplines

    • At least 1 year relevant experience

    • Airport operation experience preferred but not essential

    • Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-oriented and well-organized

    • Good command on both written and spoken Chinese and English

    • Excellent computer skills

    • Possess valid HK driving license is an advantage

    • Willing to work on shift duty

    • Candidate with more experience will be considered as “Senior Coordinator”

  • Account Officer (Part Time)
    Job Duties:
    • Perform daily accounting duties including but not limit to the preparation of vouchers and filing

    • Help the team with bookkeeping duties

    • Provide administrative assistance to the Team

    • Assist in ad-hoc duties as required

     

    Requirements:
    • Diploma in Accounting or related discipline is preferred

    • An effective team player and positive attitude

    • Proficiency in computer software applications, including Excel and Microsoft Word

    • Immediate available is preferred

    • University student will also be considered

  • Line Service Technician
    Benefit Highlights(terms and conditions apply)
    • $10,000 one-off new join bonus for eligible HK driving license code 18/19 holder

    • $1,200 monthly allowance for eligible HK driving license code 19 holder

    • Up to $20,000 sponsorship for obtaining HK driving license code 18/19

    • Maximum monthly salary up to $27,000 (including basic salary, OT & all other allowances)

     

    Job Duties:
    • Provide aircraft arrival / departure routine services

    • Handle aircraft refueling, aircraft towing in both apron and hangar, lavatory service, potable water supply service, luggage handling, external power supply and ground service equipment

    • Perform daily inspection and routine check on Ground Service Equipment

    • Act as headset man and perform walk around check of inbound and outbound flight movements

    • Handle aircraft fueling operations and associated documentations and records

    • Responsible for basic data input in HKBAC system

     

    Requirements:
    • Form 5 or above with minimum 2 years’ relevant experience

    • Holder of valid HK Driving License No.1 & 2 with clean driving record; holder of code 18 /19 is an advantage

    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

    • Shift duty is required

  • Senior Line Service Technician
    Benefit Highlights(terms and conditions apply)
    • $10,000 one-off new join bonus for eligible HK driving license code 18/19 holder

    • $1,200 monthly allowance for eligible HK driving license code 19 holder

    • Up to $20,000 sponsorship for obtaining HK driving license code 18/19

    Job Duties:
    • Supervise and ensure the team is working align with proper procedures on aircraft arrival / departure

    • Handle and manage ground support services such as aircraft refueling, aircraft towing, lavatory services, portable water supply, ground equipment handling, etc

    • Act as headset man and perform walk around check of inbound and outbound flight movements

    • Perform ATRC (aircraft towing & runway crossing) function at remote bay area

    • Handle client’s service request proactively and with follow up action if necessary

    • Handle documentation and records

    • Provide coaching and on-the-job training when required

     

    Requirements:
    • Form 5 or above with minimum 6 years’ ramp or ground handling services experience

    • Hands-on experience in aircraft and ground equipment maintenance

    • Proven team player with good problem-solving skill

    • Holder of valid HK Driving License code 19 with clean driving record

    • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

    • Shift duty is required
